andysometa.online is operated by MetaFOUR LLC. This policy covers the notification signup on the site (email, text, and browser push alerts for when Andy goes live). It doesn't cover Whatnot, YouTube, or the other platforms Andy streams on — see their own privacy policies for that.
Only what you give us directly when you sign up for go-live notifications: your email address and/or phone number, whichever you choose to provide. No account creation, no tracking scripts, no analytics on this page.
Solely to send you a notification when Andy starts a live show. That's it. Your email and phone number are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or any other purpose.
No mobile information collected through this SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.
To be precise about the one exception this implies: delivering the message at all requires passing your number to a messaging infrastructure provider (Twilio for text, Resend for email). These providers are not third parties in the sense above — they are processors acting solely on our behalf to transmit the message, under contract, with no rights to use, retain, sell, or share your information for their own purposes.
This is a recurring program: you'll receive one message each time a live show starts, for as long as you stay subscribed. Message frequency varies with the show schedule, and no other content is mixed in.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS notifications, depending on your carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts — this is handled automatically by our messaging provider. To stop email notifications, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just email Andy@MadeByMoodSwings.com directly and ask to be removed.
If you enable browser push, your browser creates a private subscription endpoint that we use only to deliver go-live alerts to that browser. You can revoke this anytime from your browser's notification settings, or by toggling it off on the site.
Signup data is stored only for as long as needed to provide this notification service and is kept on infrastructure we control directly — it isn't handed off to any third-party marketing or data broker.
